Patrick Kline

 Patrick Kline, the founding father of the
Strings of St John's, is an elementary school teacher. A graduate of the Canterbury School of Arts, Patrick has performed with many local groups over the years including: The Ottawa Youth Orchestra, the
University of Ottawa Symphony and String Orchestras, Divertimento, the Parkdale Orchestra, the Ottawa Chamber Orchestra and presently the Strings of St. John's. He is currently a partner in a chamber duet for hire
known as "Ensemble Classique". Patrick lives and works in Orléans, with his wife and three children.

Catherine Campbell started playing cello at
the age of twelve and graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Music degree. She has played in a variety of community ensembles including the Kingston Symphony Orchestra, the Ottawa Symphony
Orchestra, and Divertimento Orchestra. She joined the Strings of St. John's in 2001.
Randy Demmon is a B.C. native who began performing on the
piano at the age of 13 when he formed his first working band. Throughout his teens he was active as a singer and continued to play piano and saxophone. Following university studies he became a
professional oboist and English Horn player and continued to work as a pianist. He is a composer and an arranger, gives private lessons on the double bass, piano and improvisation, teaches in area
schools and is active as a working musician on both bass and piano. He has contributed several compositions and arrangements to the repertoire of the Strings of St. Johns and is enamoured with the
role of the double bass in the orchestra. He currently performs with the strings of St. John's and other orchestras in the community.
