Tina Fedeski studied at the Guildhall
School of Music and Drama in London, England. She went on to play principal flute in the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra, Spain for four years. After a six-month residency at the world-renowned
Banff Centre for the Arts, she decided to remain in Canada to live - her place of birth.
Since 1991, she has lived in Ottawa where she freelances, performing with many of the ensembles in Ottawa, plays the shows such as
Showboat and Sunset Boulevard and occasionally plays as extra in the National Arts Centre Orchestra.
She also devotes time, love and energy into teaching. Tina and her husband, Gary McMillen have recently opened The LeadingNote, a
classical sheet music store on Elgin Street.
Tina's husband Gary McMillen is a cello player in The Strings of St. Johns.
